Refund & Return Policy
All sales at the official website: https://www.vitaminshoppe.in are final. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or if you need an exchange due to some flavor issues, please contact us.
In the case of the following:
1. Receipt of damaged or defective items
2. You feel that the product received is not of the same flavour
3. A missing product in a shipment containing multiple products
Please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at their own end. You will receive an update within 10 business days while our team works alongside you to solve your query. Once the request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us and you will either receive a replacement product (if available in stock) or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been dispatched from our hub or the tracking number is updated, cancellation is not possible. We rely on third-party courier partners for delivery, making it challenging to cancel orders after dispatch. Any delivery queries or issues will be promptly escalated to our courier partner.
Cancellation Due To Returned Shipment
If your shipment is returned to our TheVitaminShoppe Warehouse due to reasons such as RTO (Return to Origin) or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once the shipment reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation if you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner. In such cases, kindly refuse to accept the order’s delivery. Once we receive the order back in our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.
Return And Exchange Policy
At Thevitaminshoppe, we aim to consistently provide our customers with accurate and undamaged Products/Supplements with every order. We encourage our customers to inspect the delivered products upon receipt and reach out to us immediately if any discrepancies are noticed. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.
Initiating A Return Request: You can initiate a return request up to 7 business days after receiving your order.
Replacement And Reshipping Fee: Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. Suppose you change your mind and want to exchange the product for another. We are not providing that.
Return For Refund: If you wish to return a product, don’t worry; we’ll arrange a return pick-up. However, in some cases, you may need to bear the courier charges. Additionally, before returning the shipment, please ensure to take a printout of the shipping label provided and paste it on the return order. (Note: we will share the shipping label with you via e-mail).
For quality check at the time of return pickup, you must share three images of the product in advance. Product image criteria are given below:
- Image showing that product is Unopened, sealed, and unused.
- The product is in the same condition as we have shipped.
- Product image with the packaging material.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be initiated if the products are returned in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Refund Time
Refunds may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your bank statement.
